

Ingredients
• 250g paneer, cut into cubes
• 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 tomatoes, pureed
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (for color and mild spice)
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• Salt, to taste
• ¼ cup fresh cream
• 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), crushed
• ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
• Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation
Preparing the Base
Sauté onions in oil and butter.Add ginger-garlic paste; cook till aromatic.
Cooking the Gravy
Mix tomato puree, spices; cook till oily.Add water; simmer with garam masala.
Adding Paneer & Final Touch
Add paneer; cook for 2–3 minutes.Stir in cream and butter; simmer briefly.
Serving
Garnish with coriander; serve with roti or rice.
